What interests customer success evangelists.
Recently we started a regular meetup on customer success so that we could bring the best practices together in one place. The group is growing and we have already had a few meetup. Since the group is still small, most meetups happen in group of three people or less. This has been a blessing in disguise as the discussions are quality discussions. They are focused and there is always some or the other takeaway. So who are attending the customer success meetups and why?
- Our first meetup was with a very senior person who was planning to incorporate the customer success group in her organization. This was a great discussion as I could share all my Perfios experiences which were very relevant here.
- In our second meetup we discussed the current trends in the industry. And we discussed about various tools available in the market. A few newbies joined this meetup.
- In another meetup a very senior person joined. He just wanted to meet more people and understand their thoughts around customer success. We shared thoughts around common questions:
- Sales vs CST
- CST vs PM
- A lot of focus was on best practices and how we leveraged Hobbiate- a tool which seemed to connect with the participant. For us it was also interesting to know
- In a meetup a bunch of engineers who were looking to explore a non technical role, and had heard that CS is one of the most interesting role in today's date landed up to verify if this indeed was the case.
